Elusive Justice: An Examination and Analysis of Alleged Crimes of International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law Committed In Iraq Under Saddam Hussein (2003).
This article is my law school thesis, through which I trace the atrocities of Saddam Hussein and his Ba’ath Party loyalists and recommended utilization of international law to bring them to justice as an alternative to toppling the regime in a pre-emptive war. Specifically, the 30-page article called for the creation of an ad hoc international tribunal to try Saddam Hussein and the Ba’ath Party loyalists for crimes against humanity, genocide, and war crimes. I also advocated for the creation a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to allow victims and survivors to come to terms with events. I provide copies of the article to students and academics upon written request for no charge.
Law Practice Management:
I wrote a series of articles for an American Bar Association publication documenting my experiences and recommendations in starting and managing a law practice. I provide copies of the articles to students and recent law school graduate at no charge. Please contact me to inquire further.
