Brian Annino is a litigation and transactional attorney committed to the zealous representation of his clients.
Mr. Annino is licensed to practice in the state courts Georgia, South Carolina, and Massachusetts. Additionally, he is licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and United States Tax Court. Furthermore, Mr. Annino has represented clients in other jurisdictions across the country.
In representing his clients, Mr. Annino takes time to carefully understand their particular goals and devises strategies to help best obtain said goals in court and in transactions.
Over the years, Mr. Annino has represented business clients in diverse industries and individual clients of all walks of life. In each case, Mr. Annino’s firm presents a “no judgment zone,” where clients can freely and confidentially explain their circumstances so Mr. Annino can do his best to help him.
Mr. Annino has been recognized by his peers in his obtaining an “AV” Rating by Martindale Hubbell, and a 10.0 rating from Avvo. Additionally, he was elected to the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation in 2016 and has served in leadership positions with the Cobb County Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Annino was also recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Mr. Annino authors articles and presents to groups regarding various topics including government investigations, estate planning, and the practice of law.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Annino served on the staff of U.S. Senator Joseph Lieberman, was a committee clerk for the Connecticut General Assembly, interned with the Las Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and served as deputy political director for a campaign of nationwide significance.
Mr. Annino is a two-time graduate of the University of Connecticut, and is passionate about his Huskies. Additionally, Mr. Annino studied European Union Law and United Kingdom Law at the University of Exeter in Devon, England.
